PERSONALITY:
Dominator didn't get to be the baddest of the bad by whistling Dixie: she's a full-blown sadist, taking great enjoyment in physically and emotionally destroying everything around her. Her only enjoyment in life comes from the wholesale destruction of galaxies, a hobby she pursues with great competence and verve. When she inevitably runs out of planets to wreck, she gets bored-- and that can be very dangerous for those around her. Crushing the hopes and dreams of people she considers stupid-- which is everyone-- brings her almost as much joy as watching a planet die.
Her cruel nature doesn't seem to really fit with her personality: she could be comfortably described as "zany," often jumping around and becoming overexcited. She's fuelled entirely by a sense of fun-- it's just that, to her, "fun" involves ruining lives. She also likes dancing! And mocking people to the point of tears. And warm baths! And using robots for target practice.
Wander diagnoses her as "lonely," and she may very well be that. She doesn't seem to truly understand friendship, as the only things she considers her friends are her robot armies that slavishly follow her every command and will. When people ask things of her, or expect her to reciprocate basic emotions, she becomes confused and even frustrated with them, as if they're the stupid ones. There's less of a wall around her heart than there is a massive, impregnable fortress.
tl;dr: huge bitch, fragile center, but an even bigger bitch underneath that.
ABILITIES: While in her armor, Dominator can manipulate both magma and ice/snow in various ways, i.e. forming weapons, firing projectiles, and freezing/melting objects. She can also manipulate magma as "hands" of sorts.
Out of her armor, she is a rather skilled fighter and very acrobatic. She is also a completely self-taught and exceptionally talented engineer, having built her own suit, ship, and robot army.

So, like, there I was, taking a WONDERFUL dip in the hotsprings when I got to thinking: What if, instead of doing all this boring "saving planets" junk, we instead destroy those planets after scraping them of every last valuable natural resource? Doesn't that sound like FUN? Wouldn't you MUCH rather do that than what we've been doing? No need to answer! I already know how you feel.
Maybe if all your lesser opinions got behind my great one, they'd actually listen for a change! Wouldn't that be great? I know, it'd be great.
